Story
In the distant future, things are basically still the same. Wake up, eat breakfast, go to work where you design giant robots, and pray that your city doesn’t get destroyed by aliens. Same old, same old. Follow the lives of Grant and his fellow workers on their regular 9 to 5 creating building-sized, man-operated machines known as Mavereignce (mav·er·ince). Their lives might not be as exciting as the pilots, but it’s just as stressful.
Who Am I?
My name is Isaac Camp. I was born and raised in East Coast and currently live in the South. I became a Christian on July 29th, 2019. As a Christian, I pray that God will use this site ultimately for His glory. This is the first webcomic I’ve ever made, so please bare with me as we learn how to do this together.
I’ve been an artist for most of my life and I just recently got a Certificate in Graphic Design from the New York Institute of Art and Design. I have had the idea for Mavereignce rumbling around in my head for years. It’s inspired by comics like The Wizard of Id, Charlie Brown, The Pigeon Gazette, and anime like Gundam, Evangelion, and IGPX. I hope you’ll enjoy it.
